PROCEDURES

If upon inspection of a defective unit returned to us, it is determined with certainty (at Beautilicious’s, its distributors’ or any subsidiaries’ discretion) that the problem was not related to the unit itself or any of its accessories but due to improper following of the guidelines, misuse or abuse, warranty will NOT be honored. Customer will be charged for all shipping fees and for labor.
All units and accessories are tested before shipping and are sent to the customer in perfect working order. However, please note that the machines are sent without water. Any water in the unit is leftover water from testing.


REFER to User Manual BEFORE OPERATING UNIT.


If a machine is received defective, damaged or broken, please contact the shipping company for insurance purposes, then contact Beautilicious with the transport company’s report number, and fax all related documents to xxxxxxxx and ask for an RMA (Return Authorization Material). See warranty terms below.


Attention
All operators must receive proper training for treatment technique as well as security measures.
Users must pay great attention to the potential danger of intense light beams, lasers or Micro beam units.


Only an authorized technician from our company can repair the unit.


Please carefully read User’s Manual before using the machine. Only start using it once you fully understand all procedures and once you feel confident using it. Customers choosing not to follow proper training in our facilities will not get our certification and will be held fully responsible should any accident or problems of any kind occur.


Operating a machine without following the guidelines outlined in your user manual can result in injury

Skin-test (Essential)

We highly suggest you a patch test before a full treatment.
Ask your patient to come back 2-3 days later, check his/her skin reaction.
Always perform the Patch test on a hidden area: Ex: underarm

Have your patient fill out a consent form and a medical form. Make sure that your patient is not under medication or at least under photo sensible medicine. Try to avoid anyone under medication and if you have any doubts, DO NOT TREAT THE PATIENT.
